Q: Can I see your products in person?

A: Sure thing! We have a storefront that is open Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Our address is 753 St Helen's Ave Tacoma WA 98402. We also have many retailers around the Pacific Northwest covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. For questions on the closest retailer to you email info@stickersnorthwest.com

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: Not yet. But hopefully soon!

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: We try and make sure we have full stock on everything. Stickers usually ship within the next business day. Shirts and sweatshirts may take up to a week depending on availability but typically ship within the next business day. Packages go USPS and usually take 1-3 Days. On the rare circumstance your package will take longer than expected to ship we will contact you via the email you have provided. 

Q: I need to make an exchange or return.

A: Returns are accepted 14 days after delivery date. Customer is responsible for return cost. Once we receive item(s) we will exchange and or refund your order. For questions and inquiries about exchanges and returns email info@stickersnorthwest.com

Q: Can you make custom stickers, shirts or do special colors?

A: Our main business focus is creating original and unique designs to sell as stickers and apparel. We only sell what is shown or displayed on our website. Unique colors and designs can be discussed with our retailers. 

Q: How do I become a retailer for Stickers Northwest?
